CAVALIERS "BAILEY" AND"LUKE"
Franklinville, NewJersey
What a great experience
we had with Willowbrook Kennels! When we were looking into purchasing
a Cavalier, I came across Willowbrook Kennels website and had contacted
them about one of their puppies. Jim and Terri were both very helpful
and informative about their puppies. I was impressed in the way
they cared for their puppies and looked out for their well-being.
Needless to say, we purchased Bailey (our tri-color). He has been
such a joy! He is now 4 1/2 years old and is doing wonderful! My
in-laws were so impressed with Bailey that they decided to purchased
Luke (a blenheim) from Willowbrook Kennels. He is now 3 years old
and is also doing great! For anyone looking for a gentle, sweet,
loyal and loving dog--a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel is the perfect
choice!
**Attached is a picture of Bailey and Luke from Franklinville, NewJersey

I have, over the past three years, increased
my family by two - one male tri-color, Travis and one male blenheim,
Tucker.
Travis is just over three years old now
and was the best thing I have ever done for myself. I have to
admit that because I purchased Travis online, I was especially
fearful, but Terri was a joy to communicate with. She eased my
concerns not only about the health and welfare of the puppy, but
I was comfortable with the financial and shipping arrangements.
So much so, that when I could no longer put off adding another
wonderful Cavalier to my household, I immediately contacted Willowbrook
Kennels to see what puppies were available.
Both Travis and Tucker were healthy, well-adjusted
boys when I received them and you can wholeheartedly believe that
they are very well loved. I am thankful that I found Terri and
Willowbrook Kennels and am constantly telling people about the
fabulous Cavaliers and the caring breeder where I adopted them.
Thank you, Terri, for the obvious love
and care with which you breed these lovely Cavaliers.

"CHLOE" BLENHIEM CAVALIER
OWNED BY KATE AND FAMILY IN ALASKA
Terri,
Enclosed is a new photo of Chloe with our Son Dylan. The photographer
asked that you keep his credit on there (David Jensen/Alaska Pet-ography).
And if you offer a link back it would be as follows: http://www.alaskaportraits.com.
And you can always count on
a reference from us. As you know, my family is considering another
of your pups, so Chloe is the best testimonial! Below is our letter.
We whole-heartedly give our
strongest reference for Willowbrook Kennel, as they have provided
us with a very special member of our family. Chloe is our sweet
little Blenheim girl, and the Abernathys worked closely
with us to ensure we found the right pup, and then made extra
arrangements to help ship her to Alaska (her home of almost 6
years now). This included the Abernathys driving more than
9 hours from their home, so that she would have only 1 layover
during her flight (rather than 2) on her journey North! Chloe
is a great dog, who has made a fan of every person who meets her.
She is friendly, outgoing and extremely healthy. The Abernathys
made sure she had a great head-start and had her very socialized
before she even arrived in our home. Chloe adapted wonderfully
when our son was born two years ago to the change in the family,
and now has a little man who adores her 100% (see the photo enclosed).
We could not be more happy with Chloe, or Willowbrook Kennel.

In September 2004, when we made the decision
to get another Cavalier, we began to search through newspaper
ads and the Internet to find the puppy we wanted. Our daughter,
Donna, found the Willowbrook site and a cute tricolor named Casey.
We knew in a moment, this was the puppy we wanted, so we called
Willowbrook and spoke with Terri. She was very personable and
provided us a wealth of information about the puppy. We agreed
on the terms of the sale and asked if she could start calling
the puppy "Sasha" because Casey was too close to our
Blenheim's name, Gracie. We could stop now and say that the rest
is history, but that would not be fair to Terri because of the
many extra things she did. She sent us pictures and gave us constant
updates on Sasha's progress and veterinarian visits. We could
tell from the photos that Willowbrook was not just a "puppy
mill", but rather a place dedicated to providing a caring
and loving atmosphere for the puppies. We eventually agreed to
get Sasha the day before Thanksgiving. Donna and I were going
to depart Plano very early in the morning to drive to Quapaw,
Oklahoma, when Terri volunteered to bring Sasha part of the way,
to McAllister, OK. When we met Terri in person she was very warm
and friendly and told us even more about Sasha. Again, I could
say the rest is history, but Terri has continued to keep in touch
with us to see how Sasha is doing and has even put photos of both
Sasha and Gracie on her webpage. We have been absolutely delighted
with Terri and would recommend her and Willowbrook very highly.

We bought and love our cavapoo
Ellie (formerly Peaches) from you about a year and a half ago. We
can't get enough of her! I think we are ready to add to our family
again. If it isn't until Jan. 08 or later that would be fine.
You had suggested Peaches for us even though she wasn't shown on
your website when we first contacted you. She has a great personality
and that was what you liked about her. I think you were going to
keep her for yourself at one point.
Thanks,

Hi there,
Duffy (Cole) came in to our
lives just about one year ago now. Banjo (Jo-Jo) has been with us
about 10 months. Both dogs are doing really well. Banjo has really
come out of his shell in the last couple of months. He does leaps
and full turns in the air whenever I say the magic word: outside.
Banjo and Duffy race around the yard with one another and enjoy
wrestling and playing chase with Jake, our nine year cat. It really
took us a while to win Banjo over he was much shier and far
more timid than Duffy. When we picked Duffy up at the airport, the
only sound we could hear was his tail thumping on the crate as it
wagged. That tail hasnt stopped wagging since!
Banjo, on the other hand,
wouldnt even look us in the eye when he first arrived. Now,
he follows me around the house and is my constant companion. He
is sweet as can be, loves to cuddle, and also wags his tail most
of the day. Whenever I look toward him or speak to him, his tail
wags non-stop. In some ways, he remains more of a playful puppy
than Duffy. He loves to be outdoors and enjoys sleeping snuggled
up to the cat.
Duffy is still my sons
best friend. The two of them play together all day, and then Duffy
helps put Carter to bed each night. That dog has the patience of
a saint and loves everyone he has ever met. Everywhere we walk together
Duffy gets attention. I cant tell you how many times I have
heard that he is the best looking dog that people have ever seen
(while I kind of agree with them, I also find Banjo quite irresistible).
Attached are recent photos
of the pups. The first two are of Banjo; the last is of Duffy. They
just got haircuts so they may look a little silly.

HI,
We had a very good experience with Willowbrook Cavaliers.
I have purchased two Cavapoos from them and had them flown here
to Sarasota, Florida where I live. (did have airline promblems,
came on different flights than the ones I was told, which was the
airlines fault). Otherwise would recommend Willowbrook to anyone,
my sister-in-law and brother also got a Cavapoo and my neighbor
down the street purchased a King Charles Spaniel.
My other sister-in-law in Denver, CO also has a
Cavapoo, which was how I came in contact with Willowbrook, her dog
is 2 years old now, mine are only 9 and 8 months old at this time
Received pictures almost every two weeks before
the arrival to see how they were progressing and growing.
No health problems at this time, took them to the
vet to have them checked out when I got them, and everything was
fine.
Hope this is helpfull!
Andrea

Hi Terri,
Sophie is terrific! Ive
attached the photo I sent back in July feel free to use it
on your site. My daughter Emma would love that!
Sophie is the love of our
life. She is fun, playful, energetic, sweet, and gentle. Her disposition
is lovely and as you can see she is absolutely adorable. In fact
whenever we take her to the vet, he writes in the comments part
of her file: extremely cute. She was easy to house train,
has always slept through the night and shes great with kids.
We get asked all the time what kind of dog she is and where we got
her.
Thank you for being so nice
to work with and for raising such lovable puppies. We cant
imagine life without her!

Hi Terri
It is so good to hear from you. Molly is
doing wonderfully. She and Pepper have become the best of buds.
It was a little touch and go for the first month or so, but Pepper
settled in and accepted Molly and all is right with the world. We
check your new puppies on line from time to time and it looks like
you have some real "cutie patooties". Molly wears her
feelings on her "paws". She doesn't get into trouble very
often, but when she does all is needed is a stern word and you would
think her little world was coming apart. She doesn't mope around,
but is quick in forgiveness and loves to give kisses. She has a
thing for my forehead and will lick forever if you let her. Linda
loves to snuggle with her early in the morning before she has to
get up and go to work. When we had her spayed at six months, she
came through like a champ. I think Fasttrack may have had a little
to do with it. The Vet assistants were impressed at how quickly
she bounced
back from her surgery. So we continue to keep her on it. Our computer
crashed and has been down until two nights ago. Linda has some cute
pictures of Molly, and we will get them loaded and sent to you.
Thanks so much for you interest and great to hear from you. We still
want to make a trip up your way to see your cavapoos.
Take care and please stay in touch

Jim, Johanna & Terri,
My husband Andrew and I
bought a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel from you
in November 2003. John "Quincy" Adams Clark has been
a wonderful
addition to our family, and we just wanted to let you know what
a joy
he has been. Just thought you might enjoy seeing some current
pictures
of our little love. We look at your website from time to time
and
always enjoy seeing the other happy pups you have sold. Feel free
to
post him up there with them if you like. We are still living in
Birmingham, Alabama and get asked where we got him all the time.
Thanks for bringing us our baby...he's been a dream since day
one!
Hope things are well at Willowbrook Kennel. Best wishes to you
all.
Sincerely,
Kari Clark
LADY BUG OWNED BY CONNIE IN CA.
From the minute I first
saw her picture on the Willowbrook home page, I fell in love with
my tricolor Ladybug. She continues to be a joy and delight. She
is dainty, good natured, affectionate, free spirited and a tiny
bit independent. When she developed knee problems, Terri helped
out with the cost of the surgery. Since then, her health as been
perfect. At three years old, she is the perfect companion. When
she was almost two, I acquired another Cavalier. Someone felt they
couldn't keep one they had purchased from the shop where my daughter
now works. The difference between the two dogs couldn't be greater.
Ladybug is not only well socialized but generally well behaved.
Buster is very needy and demands attention from everyone he meets.
Taking the two of them to the dog park is an exercise in contrasts.
Ladybug runs and frolics with the other dogs and exuberantly covers
the entire park. Buster needs to jump on every person and waits
by the entry to make sure he greets each new arrival. At dinner
time, he gobbles his food while she daintily eats hers and then
cleans up around her plate. Of course Buster tries to steal some
of her food since he eats his so fast.
All in all, good breeding shows and Ladybug
is obviously well bred.

We had a wonderful experience
with Willowbrook. We purchased "Charlie" from them last
month. He has been a wonderful addition to our family. He arrived
happy and made the adjustment to our family and his new environment
with little trouble. He has been a healthy pup with a very good
disposition. It is VERY apparent that Willowbrook is a nurturing
kennel that takes great care in managing their pups.
I approached Terri from her website and told her about our family,
it's lifestyle, what we wanted in a puppy and she matched us up
with Charlie. He has been a perfect fit
Also, she asked us to keep
the puppy on the Conklin supplements for the first year at least.
I wasn't sure I believed her...but, when Charlie goes without it
for a day or so, his energy is down and he isn't as lively. He got
an ear infection about a week ago about the time the supplement
ran out. We treated the infection and started him back on his supplements
and he was a different dog. I would highly recommend the products
for any puppy or dog you decide to bring into your home.
CHRISTA
(charlie is now over a year)

I can't say enough about the
character of Willowbrook. We are a family new to dog ownership,
and we searched quite a few breeders to find the type of dog we
were looking for our 9-year old daughter. From the first time we
spoke with Terri at Willowbrook, we knew we had made the right choice.
We had an experience that made introducing a first pet into our
home nothing but a pleasure. At the time, our daughter had been
very much afraid of all dogs so we thought introducing her to one
at the right age would help to overcome her fears. Terri not only
helped us select a puppy with the right temperament for our family
situation, she also was kind enough to follow up with us once we
brought our new puppy home, reaching out to our daughter specifically
and letting her know that her fears would subside and any time she
felt threatened she was more than welcome to call her for support.
Today our daughter and her Cavapoo Charlie
are the best of friends. The personal touch offered to us through
Terri made the experience with Willowbrook one we will always appreciate
and remember fondly. Thank you, Terri, and your entire Willowbrook
family for introducing Charlie into our lives and conducting yourselves
so professionally. You have made our experience one to remember!

Hi Terri,
Hope all is well at Willowbrook Cavaliers. I've been meaning to
send you a note to let you know how much we love Sam (Sammie). She
has such sweet personality and wonderful disposition. I don't think
she has an angry or aggressive trait in her. I think she would smile
and wag her tail at anyone! We couldn't have asked for a better
dog. We have two loud boys in our family (12 and 10) and Sam fits
right in. She is just as loud and vocal as they are when she wants
something. Sam will be two in Feb and we couldn't imagine our family
without her. I've enclosed a few pictures from this fall so you
can see how she has grown. She has lost most of her blenheim markings
and is a little larger than we thought, but very healthy and active.
She loves to play backyard football with the boys. Thank you so
much and best wishes for a joyous holiday season.

Hi Terri,
Oh, he is doing so great and very spoiled. Between my Dad, sister,
and myself he is so loved. He reminds us all of a two year old little
boy and every day he does something new.
He's back to eating dog food again and I am sprinkling the Conklin
on it. He's 17pds now! Can you explain to me what I should be doing
with the gel?
I just want to tell you again how glad I am that I found you on
the internet. I was nervous at first about purchasing a puppy so
far away and not meeting him before I purchased him. As a matter
of fact I was planning on purchasing a female but after talking
to you on the phone and telling you what I was looking for you told
me about Yankee and I'm so glad you did! Plus, you are always there
on the other end of the phone when I call with any questions that
I might have. Please pass along my best wishes to your Mom, who
brought my Sammie to Boston.
I sent pictures a while back but I think your email was down, but
here he is. If you ever want to use me as a reference, please do.
I will keep you posted.
All my best,
Laurel

Terri,
I wanted to send you some updated pictures. We love our Rudy. Thank
you so much for all your help. I hope you are doing well. I told
my husband that this has been the best money we have ever spent!
Couldn't imagine life with out our Rudy.
Merry Christmas!!!!

Terri,
I just wanted to send you a photo of Paris. He's a happy healthy
little boy and is possibly one of the sweetest, best-tempered
dogs we could ever ask for. We haven't had any trouble with him
and love him dearly. He's silly and smarter than we thought he
would be, loves to play and run around. Everyone in our apartment
complex loves him, mostly because he forces himself upon strangers
with the "pet me!" face. I think more people know him
than know me and my husband!! Even our vet loves him! The ckc
is a rare breed here in Las Vegas and any animal lover that sees
him always wants to stop and say hello.
Nonetheless... we absolutely love him. We've had him for about
six months and never once regetted the decision to buy from you.
We've heard dozens of horror stories about buying puppies sight
unseen but rest assured, if we were every to buy another, it would
be from you!!
Thank you,
Shannon and Jessica Dowdell

HI Terri
Zoey has proved to be an unbelievable asset to our household.
I must tell you she is part of the NY dog foundation now, and
is being trained to do therapy work. I will also tell you that
my son Alistair was so scared of dogs to the point where it was
a phobia, that now he is completely over it. Zoey sleeps with
every night. Which means he now stays in his bed all night.!!!!
She has adapted very well to going all over. We take her to our
weekend home every weekend and on the boat. She swims with the
kids.
We love her.
Thank you for choosing her for us.
Sandra
Terri,
Honestly, at first we thought "these guys are sort of duds."
But then we realized they were exhausted and confused. By day
two they were completely different pups and they have just blossomed!
We adore them. Dudley is now "Max" and he is completely
devoted to me. It is a family joke how much he follows me around.
Cole is full of personality. He keeps Max from being a lazy boy.
They chase each other around the yard at full speed and chew on
each other relentlessly. Their disposistions are amazing. Happy
all the time, playful but not at all destructive. They are complete
joys. We have put off dog training (we had one "private"
lesson) because our schedules are too busy for the next few weeks
but also because they walk beautifully on the leash, go to their
crates on command and have no bad habits to break. Well, we are
still at about 90% o on house breaking but it has not been a real
problem. Having the two of them is exactly what we hoped for -
they keep each other entertained and are great fun to watch interact
with one another.
Thanks so much for such wonderful pets! Lisa Burton
